• Position: Automotive Estimator / Service Advisor – Accident Repairs
• Location: Ubi
• Working Days: Monday to Friday, Alternate Saturdays
• Working Hours: 9.00AM to 6.00PM, Saturday - 9.00AM to 5.00PM
• Salary: Basic up to $4,500 + AWS
• Benefits: 14 Days Annual Leave + Lunch Provided
• Duration: Permanent

• Our client is an established automotive workshop seeking an experienced Automotive Estimator / Service Advisor to manage accident repair assessments, insurance coordination and customer servicing.

Responsibilities:

• Inspect accident-damaged vehicles and assess required repairs.
• Prepare repair quotations and cost estimates.
• Submit photos and estimates to insurers and liaise with adjusters/surveyors.
• Coordinate parts availability and pricing with suppliers.
• Brief technicians on approved repair scope and monitor job progress.
• Ensure repairs meet quality standards before vehicle handover.
• Update customers on repair scope, insurance matters and progress.
• Prepare service records, quotations and invoices.

Requirements:

• Minimum GCE O Level, NITEC or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant automotive experience.
• Knowledge of Merimen, Audatex or similar claims platforms is advantageous.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid Class 3 Driving Licence preferred.
