Role Description The Research and Policy Analyst will work on-site in Singapore in a full-time capacity, contributing to the development and evaluation of research-informed policies for Atlas Workspace. This role involves conducting in-depth research on topics relevant to the platform and its users, analyzing findings to generate insights, and drafting policy recommendations to guide product features, data governance, and user guidelines. The analyst will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and operations teams to align policies with organizational goals and regulatory requirements. Day-to-day activities include reviewing academic literature, synthesizing data, preparing reports and briefs, and communicating policy implications to internal stakeholders in clear, accessible terms. The role also includes monitoring emerging trends in research workflows and information governance to ensure Atlas Workspace remains compliant and forward-looking.
Qualifications

• Strong Policy Development and Policy Research skills to design, assess, and refine organizational and product-related policies.
• Excellent Analytical Skills and Research capabilities to interpret complex data, academic literature, and regulatory information.
• Effective Communication skills, including the ability to prepare clear reports, briefs, and presentations for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Relevant experience in research, public policy, data governance, or a related field, preferably in a technology or knowledge-focused environment.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in public policy, political science, law, economics, data science, or a related discipline.
• Ability to work collaboratively on-site in Singapore, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines with minimal supervision.
• Familiarity with academic research workflows, digital platforms, or knowledge management tools is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, ethical judgment, and commitment to evidence-based decision-making.
