Full Time Senior IT Business Analyst Jobs, in EPAM Systems Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are seeking a Senior IT Business Analyst. You will translate customs clearance needs into clear user stories, process flows and test scenarios, partnering with country SMEs, product teams and engineers. You will support integrations, validate fixes and keep documentation current so releases land smoothly and compliantly.

You work as a Technical Business Analyst with a delivery mindset, supporting requirements analysis, solution documentation, testing preparation and stakeholder coordination for customs clearance products. You collaborate with globally distributed users and teams, help keep Agile ceremonies and the backlog running smoothly and contribute hands-on to integration validation and quality checks.

Responsibilities

• Elicit and clarify requirements with Operations, Compliance and country SMEs across locations and time zones
• Translate requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria and well-scoped Jira tickets that are ready for development
• Facilitate day-to-day delivery routines, including daily stand-ups, backlog refinement support and follow-ups on actions and blockers
• Produce and maintain solution artifacts in Confluence, including process flows, requirement specifications, UI mockups, data mappings and interface details
• Review and validate integration behavior during testing, including API payloads (JSON, XML), mapping outputs and transformation rules
• Create functional test cases, prepare test data and execute functional testing aligned to user stories
• Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by logging defects, validating fixes, retesting and running sanity checks after deployments
• Support defect and incident triage by working with engineers to analyze logs, confirm root cause and validate fixes in pre-production environments

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical business analysis, including requirement elicitation, analysis and documentation
• Hands-on experience translating needs into user stories and acceptance criteria in an Agile delivery setup
• Ability to review and validate technical artifacts, including XML, data mappings and pseudo-code
• Comfort documenting data flows, integrations and interface behavior and aligning expectations with engineers
• Test cases development capability and exposure to functional testing and UAT support
• Database knowledge and SQL proficiency for validation, troubleshooting and test evidence
• Stakeholder management skills with confidence working with globally distributed users and teams
• Demonstrated ability to learn complex enterprise environments quickly and apply structured, detail-oriented problem-solving

Nice to have

• Familiarity with Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) and mapping or transformation concepts
• Basic networking knowledge and command-line usage on Linux and Windows
• Experience using Generative AI tools to speed up analysis, documentation or test design
