Job Description

We are looking for a Sales & Marketing Intern to join our team and gain practical experience in the property industry. This internship is suitable for students who are interested in sales, marketing, business, and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with enquiries about our property projects.
• Communicate with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Understand customers' needs and introduce suitable property projects.
• Follow up with potential customers and provide basic property information.
• Assist in arranging property viewings and show unit visits.
• Visit project sites and show units to take photos and videos for marketing purposes.
• Assist with preparing simple marketing content for property promotion.
• Support the sales and marketing team with daily activities and tasks.
• Assist with other sales, marketing, and customer service activities when required.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Business Administration, International Business, Entrepreneurship, or a related field.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable communicating with customers through phone calls and WhatsApp.
• Basic knowledge of social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok.
• Willing to learn and gain experience in sales and marketing.
• Responsible, positive, and willing to work as part of a team.

Pay: RM500.00 per month
