Full Time OPERATOR (ECM - BANDING MACHINE) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in PETROMART SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

JOB PURPOSE:

To operate and maintain aluminium bending machines safely and accurately, ensuring parts meet required drawings, quality standards, and project specifications.

Core Responsibilities

1. Operate aluminium bending machines to produce components according to engineering drawings and project specifications.

• Set up bending machines, including tooling, alignment, and adjustments, to achieve required bend angles etc.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings, bending instructions, and work orders accurately.
• Inspect finished parts to ensure dimensional accuracy, tolerances, and surface finish are met.
• Record and update daily production data, including output, non-conformances, and downtime.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance and assist in troubleshooting bending equipment.
• Safely handle and transport aluminium sheets/panels before and after bending operations.
• Assist supervisors and QA/QC team in resolving technical or quality issues related to bending processes.

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Skills Certificate (e.g. SKM / ILP / GiatMARA / Polytechnic)
• At least 3 years of experience operating banding machines is an advantage
• Willing to work overtime when required
• Disciplined, responsible, and able to work well in a team

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
