Full Time Korean Bakery shop hiring Senior baker Jobs, Salary up to SGD 3,000 in GOLDMOON POINT PTE. LTD. Islandwide (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Senior Baker to join our bakery team!

Job Responsibilities

• Prepare and bake a variety of breads, pastries and other bakery products according to recipes and SOPs
• Handle dough preparation, mixing, fermentation, shaping, proofing and baking
• Ensure consistent product quality, taste and presentation
• Monitor daily production and ensure products are ready on time
• Guide and support junior bakers in daily operations
• Maintain proper stock levels and assist with ingredient ordering
• Control food wastage and ensure proper storage of ingredients
• Maintain cleanliness of the bakery, equipment and work areas
• Ensure compliance with food hygiene and safety standards
• Assist with new product development when required
• Perform other duties assigned by the Head Baker / Management

Requirements

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant bakery experience
• Good knowledge of bread and pastry production
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Able to guide and supervise junior team members
• Good understanding of dough fermentation, proofing and baking techniques
• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Able to work shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
• Food Safety Course Level 1 certification preferred
