Responsibilities
- Assisting sales team with administrative tasks and co-ordination.
- Manage daily sales operations, including processing quotations / order / invoices and prepare documents for delivery.
- Process PO / SO / DO and invoices
- Handling sales inquiries and orders by phone or email
- Follow up with customers
- Provide assistance and support to the sales manager / sales department
- Ad-hoc duties as assigned
