DIRECTOR – PROPERTY MANAGEMENT & VALUATION

Salary: Up to RM 12,000

Location: Kuala Lumpur and Kuching, Sarawak – Flexible Arrangement

The Company:

Backed by an international affiliation with a renowned global real estate investment and brokerage group, the company combines local expertise with global market insights.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee property management, estate agency, and valuation operations across the business.
• Ensure full compliance with property management standards, strata management regulations, and client service agreements.
• Manage and facilitate Annual General Meetings (AGMs) for managed properties when required.
• Oversee property maintenance, facilities management, and operational performance of managed assets.
• Monitor branch budgets, forecasts, and resource planning to drive efficiency and profitability.
• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing, customer-focused team.
• Manage client relationships and provide professional property advisory services.
• Recruit, coach, and support Real Estate Negotiators while ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
• Provide guidance on project marketing activities, agency appointments, and sales performance initiatives.
• Establish and lead the valuation function, coordinating valuation assignments and developing a capable valuation team.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree in Real Estate, Property, Valuation or Equivalent
• Registered professional with VEPM licence under BOVAEA
• Minimum 6 years of work experience in Property and Asset Management, Valuation and Real Estate
