Full Time Tendering - Sales Support Executive (Electrical Switches) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,500 in Agensi Pekerjaan & Perundingcara Bright Prospect Selangor - Maukerja

• Review customer enquiries and prepare tender proposal to customer.
• Prepare quotation and tender documents based on approved pricing and commercial instructions.
• Ensure tender submissions are accurate and submitted within the required deadlines.
• Follow up and communicate with customers regarding quotations, tender, order status and project updates.
• Work closely with the Sales Team, Technical & Tendering Manager, Internal Sales, Factory and other relevant departments to ensure quotations, orders and projects are handled accurately and efficiently.
• Follow up on order processing, production status, project progress and delivery schedules.
• Liaise with the factory and internal teams to obtain information required for customer updates.
• Ensure customer requirements and project information are properly communicated internally.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, tenders, customer enquiries, POs and project documentation.
• Prepare sales reports and progress updates for management when required.
• Escalate project delays, customer concerns or other issues to the relevant management team.

To be successful for the role:

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical & Electronic Engineering, Business, Sales or a related field.
• Candidates with experience in electrical switches, switchgear, switchboards, electrical equipment or related industrial products will have an added advantage.
• Experience in tendering, quotation, sales support, sales coordination or project coordination is preferred.
• Good communication and coordination skills with customers and internal departments.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
