This established insurance company based in Kuala Lumpur is amongst one of the most recognised institutions globally. The company is looking for a Finance Manager to join its dynamic business.

Your new role

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the delivery of group OR local reporting activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting outputs while maintaining strong financial controls and governance standards. You will perform reconciliations, analytical reviews, and investigations into reporting exceptions, while partnering closely with stakeholders to resolve issues and improve reporting quality.

You will also play a key role in financial close activities, process standardisation, automation initiatives, and continuous improvement projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency and reporting effectiveness. Additionally, you will provide technical support and guidance to team members while contributing to audit readiness and control compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 6-8 years' experience in group or local reporting or Record-to-Report processes.
• Experience in insurance or financial service environments is an added advantage
• Experience in share-services or regional environments is an added advantage
