Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Registration & Admissions
Register patients and update their personal details in the system.
Handle appointments, admissions, discharges, and transfers.
Check patients’ eligibility for subsidies, insurance, and financial assistance.
Front Desk & Patient Service
Attend to patients’ and visitors’ enquiries at the counter, phone, or online.
Explain clinic procedures, waiting times, and what patients need to do next.
Manage queues and help ensure smooth patient flow.
Billing & Payment
Prepare and explain bills, including MediShield Life, Medisave, and insurance claims.
Collect payments and assist with basic billing issues.
Work with the Finance team to resolve more complex billing matters.
Administrative Support
Update and maintain accurate patient records.
Work with healthcare teams to support daily clinic operations.
Handle general administrative and ad-hoc duties when required.
Job Requirements:
Minimum GCE N/O Level
