Full Time Executive, Printing Production Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,000 in Star Media Group Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

We are seeking a proactive Printing Production Executive to direct and coordinate the daily operations of our printing department. This role involves planning, supervising, and monitoring press operations to ensure efficient production and quality. You will be key in coordinating staff, materials, and production schedules for our weekly runs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and schedule weekly production runs based on editorial, advertising, and circulation needs.
• Organize and manage weekly staffing, material planning, and monthly work rosters.
• Oversee daily activities to ensure operational schedules are met and product quality adheres to specifications.
• Review daily production reports, resolve operational issues, and address safety issues during toolbox meetings.
• Coordinate operations with other sections, including the Mailroom and Engineering departments.
• Compile, summarize, and report on weekly press runs and production issues.

Qualifications & Experience Required:

• Diploma in Printing Technology or a Degree in Printing Technology.
• Background in Mechatronics Engineering
• Minimum of five (5) years of related work experience and/or training, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in the Printing Industry is essential.
