We’re Hiring: Business Analyst (Avaloq)

We are looking for a Business Analyst with strong, hands-on Avaloq experience to support banking platform changes and regulatory requirements. You will work closely with business and compliance stakeholders to understand new requirements and ensure they are reflected in Avaloq.

What you’ll do

• Gather and analyse business requirements for Avaloq changes.
• Assess updates to MAS regulatory requirements and their impact on banking processes and the Avaloq platform.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications, user stories and process flows.
• Work with business, compliance and technology teams to deliver and test changes.
• Support UAT, resolve issues and confirm that delivered changes meet business requirements.

What we’re looking for

• Strong hands-on Avaloq Business Analyst experience is essential.
• Good understanding of Singapore banking regulatory requirements, including MAS updates.
• Experience working directly with business and compliance stakeholders.
• Strong requirements gathering, documentation and UAT skills.
• Ability to explain which Avaloq modules you worked on and the changes you personally delivered.
