About the Role

We are looking for a detail-driven Events Project Manager to join a growing agency delivering events and brand experiences for corporate and retail clients.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll take ownership of projects from planning through to execution -managing everything from physical builds and layouts to production, merchandise and on-site delivery.

If you’re someone who enjoys bringing ideas to life, is comfortable working with vendors and production teams, and has a strong eye for detail, this could be a great fit.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of events and retail brand projects
• Manage physical production including carpentry, booths, installations and event builds
• Coordinate layout plans, drawings, materials, finishes and production requirements
• Oversee premium swag, branded merchandise and gifting production locally and overseas
• Manage project timelines, budgets, suppliers and vendors
• Coordinate on-site setup, execution and tear-down
• Work closely with clients and production partners to ensure smooth project delivery
• Conduct quality checks and ensure all deliverables meet brand guidelines and required standards

About You

• 3–5+ years of project management experience in events, experiential, brand activation or a related field
• Hands-on experience with carpentry, fabrication, physical production or event builds
• Experience managing branded merchandise, premium swag or gifting production
• Strong project management and vendor coordination skills
• Excellent attention to detail with a strong focus on quality
• Calm, organised and accountable when working under pressure
• Comfortable managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously

Nice to Have

• Experience working with luxury, beauty, fashion or premium retail brands
• Regional production experience, particularly China / overseas sourcing
• Experience working with premium brand guidelines and quality standards
