Key Responsibilities

• Project Delivery: Lead end-to-end management of virtual, hybrid, and live events, including planning, budgeting, and itinerary creation.
• Client & Stakeholder Management: Conduct pre/post-event briefings, build strong client relationships, and negotiate with external suppliers.
• Financial Oversight: Manage project budgets, income, and expenditures to ensure overall event profitability.
• Team Leadership: Delegate operational tasks, mentor project team members, and maintain high standards of execution.

Key Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in the meetings and events industry with a proven track record across APAC.
• Strong experience in budget management, financial control, and client-facing communication.
• Solid local knowledge of APAC venues, hotels, and event suppliers.
• Qualification in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
