Gentle Pet Store (GPS) is a digital-first pet care and wellness curation platform - a small, fast-moving founding team, and this role will help shape how the brand looks, feels, and shows up — both online and at physical touchpoints like events and pop-ups.

RifRuf (Pet Shoes) Fitting Assistant (Part-Time)

Role: Assist customers with RifRuf pet shoe inquiries and fittings at the GPS booth

Key Responsibilities:

• Guide pet owners through RifRuf shoe sizing and fitting for their dogs

• Explain product features, materials, and care instructions to interested customers

• Handle basic customer questions (pricing, availability, returns policy) — escalate anything complex to the founders/team lead on-site

• Support general booth duties during quieter periods (setup, tidying, light ad-hoc help)

What We're Looking For:

• Comfortable and confident speaking with customers, including handling pets during fittings

• Prior retail, fitting, or customer service experience a plus, not required

• Comfortable being on their feet for the day and working with dogs (some may be nervous/excited)

• Reliable and punctual — able to commit to both event days

Details:

• Event: GPF Kampung Edition, both days

• Event Days: 22nd and 23rd August 2026

• Timing: 9:30am–8:00pm

• Rate: S$12/hour

• Payment: Via PayNow after the event
