Full Time NDT PLANNER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,500 in ENERGY WORKFORCE SDN BHD Federal Territory - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and coordinate daily, weekly and upcoming NDT manpower deployment.

- Monitor manpower availability, mobilization, demobilization, leave, standby and project movements.

- Maximize utilization of internal NDT manpower before requesting external resources.

- Coordinate with Project Executives (PEs) on manpower requirements and project schedules.

- Coordinate with Store Managers on equipment availability, movement and readiness.

- Work closely with Logistics and branches to coordinate manpower and equipment movements.

- Match NDT personnel according to required skills, certifications and project requirements.

- Monitor manpower and equipment movement updates and identify potential conflicts or shortages.

- Plan replacements, crew changes, extensions and urgent mobilizations.

- Maintain accurate manpower and equipment planning/movement matrices.

- Provide regular resource utilization and manpower availability updates to Operations Management.

Requirements

- Minimum 2–3 years' experience in NDT, Inspection, Oil & Gas Operations with *manpower/resource planning experience.

- Practical understanding of NDT methods such as UT, MT, PT, RT, VT, PAUT and TOFD.

- Familiar with NDT certifications such as PCN, ASNT, CSWIP or equivalent.

- Strong manpower scheduling and coordination skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Excel and planning databases.

- Strong communication and coordination skills.

- Able to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

- Experience working in an NDT/Inspection company is highly preferred.
