Full Time Export Assistant Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,000 in WAH KONG CORPORATION SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Description

• Assist in processing and coordinating export orders from order confirmation through shipment.
• Prepare and maintain export documents, including commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, shipping instructions, and other relevant documents.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, shipping lines, courier companies, and customs agents to arrange shipments.
• Follow up on shipment schedules, vessel/flight details, container bookings, and delivery status.
• Ensure export documentation is accurate and submitted within required deadlines.
• Liaise with overseas customers regarding order status, shipment details, documentation, and delivery arrangements.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, Finance, Production, and Logistics teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
• Assist with customs and regulatory requirements for international shipments.
• Maintain accurate records of export orders, shipping documents, invoices, and customer information.
• Assist with preparation of quotations, purchase orders, sales orders, and other export-related documents when required.
• Update shipment and order information in ERP/accounting systems.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Business Studies/ Administration or equivalent
• Minimum 1 to 2 years of sales support experience in FMCG industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Able to work in a fast pace and demanding environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
