What You’ll Do
Employee Relations & Retention
- Foster a culture of innovation, safety, and sustainability aligned with EV industry values.
- Address employee concerns and foster positive employee relations to reduce turnover in a competitive talent market.
- Support programs that promote teamwork, motivation, and alignment with company vision toward clean technology.
Training & Development
- Coordinate technical and soft skills training to enhance employee capabilities in areas such as EV technology, quality standards, safety protocols, and lean manufacturing.
- Promote continuous learning to keep pace with rapid advancements in EV technologies.
Performance Management
- Support implementation of performance management frameworks that encourage innovation, accountability, and agility.
- Assist managers in developing goal setting aligned with operational and environmental objectives.
- Facilitate periodic reviews and talent calibration discussions.
HR Policies & Compliance
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and EV industry-specific regulations, including environmental, health, and safety (EHS) standards.
- Assist in updating HR policies to incorporate best practices relevant to the clean-tech and manufacturing sectors.
- Support audit readiness and documentation related to compliance.
HR Administration & Analytics
- Prepare analytics and reports to support strategic workforce planning and diversity initiatives.
- Drive HR digitalization efforts using HRIS systems.
- Support Recruitment team if necessary.
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- 7-8 years of HR experience as HRBP.
- Strong analytical skills with experience interpreting engagement survey data.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment is an added advantage.
