Job Descriptions:

• Day to day business support of enterprise solutions
• Training and deployment of assigned software
• Acts as a focal point for communicating related system issues within the department and collaborates with other business teams and vendors on changes, fixes, and updates.
• To work closely with stakeholders to provide business application support and issue resolution within given SLAs.
• To work with vendor and department stakeholders on development, ensuring requirement are correctly captured.
• To be part of cross team project implementation.
• Maintains a good understanding of technology and its application to achieve business objectives.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science and/or equivalent
• Skills to envisage possible problems, determine and implement solutions. combined with good analysis skills and ability to quickly learn new concepts and systems.
• Good communication and presentations skills and willingness to explore unfamiliar areas of knowledge.
• Ability to communicate concepts verbally, in writing, and through pictures or diagrams when appropriate.

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
