Job Overview:
Kawasaki Puncak Alam is seeking a customer-focused Service Advisor to serve as the primary liaison between our customers and the service department. This role is essential for ensuring a seamless service experience and maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for customers seeking service or repairs.
• Accurately assess customer needs and communicate them to the service department.
• Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicles, including updates on repairs and service times.
• Ensure that service and repairs are completed to the highest standards and on time.
• Provide clear explanations of work performed and any additional services or repairs recommended.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and feedback professionally and promptly.

Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service experience, preferably in the automotive or motorcycle industry.
• Ability to assess customer needs and provide accurate service recommendations.
• Organizational skills to manage service appointments and follow-ups.
• Basic understanding of motorcycle mechanics is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in a customer-facing role in the service industry.
• A passion for motorcycles and helping customers maintain their vehicles in top condition.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
