Responsibilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Photocopy and distribute documents as necessary
- Locate and extract file information as requested
- Maintain various internal records and produce reports summarizing data as required from time to time
- Enter file data onto a computer and other storage media as necessary
- Maintain an indexing and cross-referencing system
- Maintain daily usage of QC department gloves, finger cots, hair nets & face masks
- Maintain inventory of QC cleanroom smocks and shoes
- Maintain inventory of QC forms, labels & stickers
- Assist QC supervisor on smock & shoes cleaning schedule
- Perform any other related duties assigned by your immediate supervisor
- Secondary education or equivalent
- PC Literacy (Word / Excel / Power point / Internet / Email / Nil /Others)
