We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented Junior Recruitment Officer to join our team. You will support the recruitment process from sourcing and reaching out to candidates to coordinating interviews and following up with applicants.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and identify potential candidates through various platforms
• Reach out to candidates and introduce suitable career opportunities
• Conduct initial phone calls and candidate screenings
• Assist with interview arrangements and follow-ups
• Maintain and update candidate records
• Post and manage recruitment advertisements
• Support recruitment campaigns, events and career outreach activities
• Assist with social media and recruitment marketing
• Provide administrative support for recruitment activities
• Work closely with the team to meet recruitment needs

Requirements

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable speaking to new people over the phone
• Organised, proactive and responsible
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Previous experience in recruitment, sales, customer service or HR is a plus, but not required

Training and guidance will be provided for suitable candidates.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,700.00 per month
