Job Summary
Join our team to operate a 14-footer lorry and collect recyclables across various premises in Singapore East. You will follow assigned routes, maintain vehicle and truck cleanliness, and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Responsibilities
Operate a 14-footer lorry safely and efficiently to collect recyclables from designated locations
Follow assigned routes and schedules punctually to ensure timely collections
Communicate clearly with supervisors to report feedback from the public and customers
Inspect the truck before and after daily collections to maintain cleanliness and operational readiness
Perform routine vehicle checks to identify and report maintenance issues promptly
Adhere to Quality, Environment, Safety, Health, and traffic regulations during all operations
Work outdoors in physically demanding conditions while maintaining a strong work ethic and courteous behavior
Required competencies and certifications
Hold a valid Class 3 & 4 driving license with a minimum of 2 years driving experience
Demonstrate basic English communication skills to understand instructions and report issues
Be willing to work 6 days per week, including early mornings, weekends, and public holidays
Preferred competencies and qualifications
Ability to start work immediately or within a short notice period
Other Information
Working location: Singapore East area
Working hour: 6 days: 3pm to 11.50pm
