What you'll do
Replenishment & stock movement
— Run weekly replenishment across all retail stores, arrange store and warehouse transfers, and prepare pick and packing lists for incoming shipments, flagging new models and colourways.
Stock counts, reconciliation & QC
— Coordinate quarterly/monthly stock counts, reconcile discrepancies, QC defective returns, maintain the movement tracker, and make write-off calls, arranging warehouse QC on affected models.
Sell-through analysis & clearance
— Monitor stock performance and sell-through, identify slow-moving SKUs, propose clearance, and move low-volume warehouse stock into stores to clear.
Merchandise & promotion planning
— Maintain the merchandise plan (incoming PO stock and launch dates), plan the promotional calendar for stores and webstore, prepare promotion product lists, issue product-launch updates, and decide what to keep or remove from marketplaces.
Purchasing & supplier coordination
— Record POs and shipments, check POs against packing lists and invoices and flag differences, follow up on PO completion dates to plan shipping, raise credit notes for defective claims, and complete GRNs in the ERP.
Product master data
— Create and maintain products in POS/ERP (pricing, barcodes, photos), tag products for POS, manage pricelists and the retail product list, deactivate old products, handle POS inventory adjustments, and set up POS locations for new stores.
Reporting & coordination
