Full Time Import Executive (Open For Fresh Graduates) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,000 in Infinity Logistics Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibility:

• Monitor email from overseas agent and local customers.
• Handling agent enquiry and provide quotation for door delivery shipment (DDU/DDP/DAP).
• Handling agent door delivery shipment and contact consignee for appointment letter (if require).
• Follow-up documents with overseas agent for door delivery shipment (CIPL, BL and Certificate of origin).
• Prepare payment voucher to finance department to prepare payment to vendor such as forwarding agent and transporter.
• Attend problem which related to customs issue, transporter, freight forwarder or customers.
• Follow up with agent if received incomplete document such as DN / CN / CIPL.
• Filing rates with agent for sales for freight forwarder enquiry.
• Handling and monitor shipment for Import for freight forwarder.
• Support the operation jobs as and when instructed by the superior.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess possess at least a Diploma or equivalent qualification.
• At least 2 years’ working experience in logistics will be and added advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
• Able to oversee other related scope of work such as documentation, logistics & coordination with other department.
• Possess good negotiation skill.
• Required skill(s): MS Office & Computer literature including any Freight systems or related software.
• Applicants must be willing to work in BBT One , Bandar Bukit Tinggi , Klang

Pay: RM2,700.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
