Requirements
- At least 2–3 years of experience in F&B, with supervisory or team-lead experience preferred.
- Experience in restaurant, café, bar or hospitality operations is an advantage.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Good communication and customer-service skills.
Responsibilities
- Ensure staff follow company SOPs, hygiene, grooming and service standards.
- Monitor customer service and handle customer complaints professionally.
- Check food and beverage quality before/during service.
- Monitor sales, cash handling and daily cash closing.
- Assist with stock/inventory checking and control wastage.
