Drive sovereign 5G SA, MCX, and SATCOM strategy, leading multi-year core architecture, 3GPP blueprints, and TCO investment roadmaps.

- Lead sovereign 5G SA Core and MCX network transformation.
- Strategic high-visibility role reporting directly to Chief Operating Officer.
- Define 3GPP 5G Core SA, CUPS, and slicing blueprints.
- Architect mission-critical MCX, MCPTT, and IMS core frameworks.
- Develop TRL technology readiness frameworks and TCO financial models.
- Integrate hybrid SATCOM and tactical IP core network architectures.
- Proven mastery of 3GPP 5G Core SA network slicing.
- Direct architecture experience with MCX, MCPTT, or IMS core.
- Demonstrated track record authoring CAPEX OPEX TCO models.
- Hands-on SATCOM backhaul or 5G Non-Terrestrial Networks experience.
- Active delegate participation in 3GPP, ITU, or MCMC forums.
- Technical background in TETRA or tactical military radio systems.
- Experienced Tier-1 OEM Senior Packet Core Architect or 5G Solution Director with 3GPP 5G SA Cores, MCX frameworks, and multi-year TCO model experience
- 15+ years of relevant experience; this is a Senior Management / GM / VP level role
- Premier telco, electronics and critical communications tech
- Established 50+ years supporting 40,000+ national mission-critical users.
- KL City, HQ office based
- Relocation support available for Malaysians overseas
