Part Time Purchasing Clerk (Part Time) Jobs, in Visdynamics Research Melaka - Maukerja

About the role

We are seeking a responsible, detail-oriented and proactive Purchasing Clerk to support daily purchasing, supplier coordination and inventory activities. Experience with Microsoft Dynamics AX is an advantage, but fresh graduates with a positive attitude are welcome to apply.

Key responsibilities

• Process Purchase Orders (PO) and purchasing transactions using Microsoft Dynamics AX

• Monitor PO status, outstanding orders and delivery schedules

• Obtain quotations and follow up with suppliers on orders and deliveries

• Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials

• Assist with inventory and material-related transactions

• Verify POs, invoices, delivery orders and other purchasing documents

• Maintain accurate purchasing and supplier records

• Assist in resolving purchasing, delivery and inventory issues

• Work closely with Production, Engineering, Warehouse, Finance and other departments

• Perform other purchasing and administrative duties as assigned

Requirements

• Minimum SPM / Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in purchasing, procurement, inventory or administration is an advantage

• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics AX / ERP systems is an advantage

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office

• Responsible, organised and detail-oriented

• Good communication and teamwork skills

• Willing to learn, ask questions and take initiative

• Good problem-solving and follow-up skills

• Able to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure

• Willing to work overtime (OT) when required
