Job Description
Responsibilities
- Familiar with the Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act and all applicable workplace safety and health legislation.
- Able to exercise due diligence in assessing workplace risks and recommending appropriate control measures.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and health requirements, policies and procedures.
- Enforce and monitor safe work practices and safety conduct on site.
- Must be a registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM.
- Possess good knowledge of workplace safety, occupational health and environmental protection requirements.
- Possess strong knowledge and experience in risk assessment, risk analysis and risk control.
- Conduct regular site inspections and follow up on safety observations and corrective actions.
- Class 3 Driving Licence is required.
