JOB SCOPE

• Assist the Supervisor in managing daily operations and team activities.
• Assist in guiding, monitoring and supporting team members to achieve daily targets.
• Promote and explain healthcare products to customers in a professional manner.
• Perform sales activities and achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Approach customers, identify their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Handle customer enquiries and provide proper product information.
• Assist in managing event, booth or promotional activities.
• Monitor team performance and provide support when needed.
• Prepare simple daily sales/activity reports and update the Supervisor.
• Ensure products, promotional materials and work areas are properly maintained.
• Assist the Supervisor in solving day-to-day operational and customer-related issues.
• Carry out other duties assigned by the Supervisor or management.

REQUIREMENTS

• Malaysian citizen.
• 18-35 Years Old.
• Open to candidates with or without working experience.
• Experience in sales, retail, customer service or team leadership is an advantage.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Comfortable approaching and communicating with customers.
• Responsible, confident, proactive and willing to learn.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Candidates who are interested in developing leadership and management skills are encouraged to apply.
• Full-time availability is required.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
