Full Time Business Analyst – Finance ERP Jobs, Salary up to SGD 5,500 in CMC-APAC PRIVATE LIMITED Central Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Overview

Responsible for business analysis, configuration, optimisation, and delivery of Finance ERP solutions supporting financial reporting, budgeting, AP, AR, compliance, and related finance operations. Acts as the bridge between business stakeholders and ERP platforms such as Oracle Fusion Finance, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or equivalent solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Finance Process Analysis

• Analyse and improve General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Asset Accounting processes.
• Design future-state processes using ERP best practices and clean-core principles.

Requirements & Stakeholder Management

• Conduct workshops and requirement-gathering sessions.
• Resolve conflicting requirements and challenge legacy processes.
• Translate business needs into ERP solutions.

ERP Configuration & Solution Delivery

Configure:

• • Chart of Accounts
  • Cost Centres
  • Profit Centres
  • Projects
  • Financial structures
  • Accounting rules
  • Workflows
  • Approval hierarchies
  • Business rules
• Develop prototypes and proof-of-concepts when required.

Reporting & Analytics

• Build financial reports and analytics solutions.
• Leverage AI capabilities to enhance reporting and insights.
• Provide user training and functional guidance.

Platform Governance

• Maximise use of standard ERP capabilities.
• Ensure scalable use of workflows, automation, integrations, security models, and extension frameworks.
• Review and challenge proposed solutions from implementation partners.

Production Support & Continuous Improvement

• Investigate defects related to processes, integrations, configurations, and data.
• Support issue resolution and ongoing platform enhancements.

ERP Subject Matter Expert

• Serve as the internal Finance ERP specialist.
• Review solution designs, customisations, and technical approaches.
• Provide independent recommendations on ERP best practices.

Capability Development

• Contribute to ERP standards, governance, and internal capability building.
• Support long-term knowledge retention and platform excellence initiatives.

Requirements

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or related discipline.

Experience & Skills

• Strong ownership and ability to independently drive medium-to-large initiatives.
• Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Finance, SAP S/4HANA Cloud, or equivalent ERP platforms.
• Strong knowledge of: GAAP / IFRS, Financial Statements, Financial Reporting, Agile delivery methodologies
• Experience with ERP configuration, data migration, troubleshooting, and process optimisation.
• Strong business analysis, project management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience governing vendor and implementation partner deliverables.
• Ability to provide oversight across complex enterprise platforms and integrations.

Preferred

• ERP certifications (SAP, Oracle, or equivalent).
• Experience in platform architecture, engineering excellence, and continuous improvement practices.
• Experience within Banking, Insurance, or other Financial Services industries.
