The Role

We're looking for a Lead Barista who brings more than espresso skills to the bar. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who understands coffee deeply and gets genuinely excited about creative beverage development — from signature lattes to craft refreshers and seasonal specials.

You'll set the standard, train the team, and have real input on how our drink menus evolve.

What You'll Do

• Own daily bar operations and maintain drink quality across the board
• Train and mentor junior baristas on technique, workflow, and standards
• Collaborate on new drink development and seasonal menu updates
• Ensure consistency in preparation, presentation, and speed of service
• Manage bar equipment care and basic troubleshooting
• Support outlet managers in maintaining a smooth, well-run café environment

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 2 years of barista experience, with at least 1 year in a senior or lead capacity
• Strong espresso foundation — extraction, milk texturing, latte art
• Genuine curiosity about beverages beyond coffee (tea, botanicals, specialty refreshers)
• A team-first mindset — you take pride in raising the people around you, not just your own output
• Good communication and the ability to stay calm and consistent during busy service
• Passion for craft, creativity, and doing things properly

Barista certifications are a plus, but not required if your experience speaks for itself.
