Full Time Product Developer Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in Avenys Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

JOB SUMMARY
This role is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of the Company’s product development policies, objectives, and initiatives. Oversees market research, development progress for new products, product enhancements and designs. Ensures that product development activities and launch align with the goals of the Company.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Support the Management through brand development process that consists of implementation of new products such as sourcing, initiation, registration, and launching etc.
• Liaise with local and overseas vendors.
• Responsible to product certificates and licenses renewal.
• Deliver product presentations about product functionality accurately and completely.
• Conduct market research and identify needs.
• Any ad hoc tasks assigned by Management.

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Science/Biochemistry.
• Disciplined, meticulous, highly organized, and able to create multiple timelines, schedules, and given budgets.
• At least 2-3 year(s) of working experience as a New Product Development Executive in Beauty/Skincare or related field is added advantage for this position.
• Passionate and able to work independently
• Open to feedback and willing to learn

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
