QUALIFICATION ;

• Minimum SPM / Diploma / Degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Industrial Design, Furniture Design or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in Sales, Marketing, Interior Design or a related field is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!
• Good communication and customer service skills with a strong interest in design and sales.
• Able to perform accurate site measurements.
• Possess a valid driving license.
• Fast learner, proactive, responsible and positive work attitude.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Handle walk-in and online customers and provide interior design consultation.
• Follow up leads, quotations and payments to achieve sales targets.
• Recommend kitchen, wardrobe and built-in furniture designs based on customer needs and budget.
• Prepare quotations and design proposals, including material, colour and finishing recommendations.
• Conduct site visits and measurements when required.
• Manage customers from consultation to project completion, including after-sales service.
• Coordinate with the project team to ensure smooth and timely project delivery.
• Update payment sale in WhatsApp's group and inform Account Executive (transaction online).
