Job Summary :

Join our AI team to build, test and improve practical AI capabilities for hospital operations and

patient-facing workflows. You will work with product, engineering and domain teams to turn business

problems into reliable prototypes and production-ready solutions.

Job Requirements :

Develop, test and maintain AI/ML models and AI-enabled features for healthcare use cases.

Prepare, clean and analyze structured and unstructured data for experimentation and model

development.

Build prototypes and proof-of-concepts using machine learning, natural language processing, large language models or computer vision where relevant.

Integrate models and AI services into applications through APIs and work with software engineers on deployment.

Evaluate model performance, accuracy, latency, cost, bias, hallucination risk and operational suitability.

Document datasets, experiments, model assumptions, limitations and technical decisions.

Monitor deployed solutions and support troubleshooting, optimization and model updates.

Follow data privacy, security and responsible AI practices, particularly for healthcare information.

Stay current with suitable AI tools and propose practical improvements rather than technology for its own sake.

Job Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Data Science, Software Engineering or a related field.

Fresh graduates are welcome; 1-3 years of relevant experience is an advantage.

Working knowledge of Python and common data/ML libraries such as pandas, scikit-learn, PyTorch or TensorFlow.

Understanding of core ML concepts, model evaluation and data preparation.

Exposure to APIs, Git, SQL and cloud platforms.

Experience with LLMs, RAG, NLP, computer vision, MLOps or healthcare data is a plus, not a requirement.

Strong analytical thinking, curiosity, communication skills and willingness to learn healthcare workflows.
