Full Time Sushibake Specialist - Kitchen Crew Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,100 in EMMA'S KITCHEN East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Scope of Work

Your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• Food preparation and cooking according to company standards
• Maintaining cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards
• Packing of orders and preparation for events or pop-ups
• Assisting with daily kitchen operations and stock handling
• Any other reasonable duties assigned by management

As a Food Quality & Standards Lead, you are also required to

·      Maintain consistent food quality, portioning, and kitchen standards

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:

• Taste-check and label food batches
• Monitor portion sizes & presentation
• Ensure SOPs are followed correctly
• Guide team on prep standards
• Identify mistakes before food leaves kitchen

Daily Tasks

• Check food quality during prep & service
• Ensure cleanliness & hygiene standards
• Correct mistakes immediately
• Support team during peak hours

Salary & Benefits

• CPF Contribution: Yes
• Breaks: 45 minutes
• Overtime: Yes, minimum overtime of 45 minutes
• Public Holidays: If required to work; will be considered as overtime
