Full Time Assistant Vice President, Franchise Jobs, in Generali Malaysia Federal Territory - Maukerja

Job Scope:

This position drives business development initiatives, strengthens motor franchise partner relationships, oversees operational effectiveness, and collaborates with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional customer and partner experiences.

Main Responsibilities:

Business Development & Market Expansion

Identify, evaluate, and pursue new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and distribution channels to expand the franchise footprint.

Lead franchise recruitment initiatives and partner onboarding programs to support business expansion.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders to design and execute campaigns, promotions, and value propositions that drive revenue growth

Portfolio & Operational Excellence

Drive operational efficiency, process optimization, and service improvements across the franchise ecosystem.

Work closely with Underwriting, Claims, Operations, Finance, and Compliance teams to resolve business issues and ensure effective service delivery.

Ensure franchise operations comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, risk management guidelines, and company standards.

Stakeholder Management

Act as the primary liaison between franchise partners and internal functions to ensure alignment and timely resolution of issues.

Present business performance, strategic initiatives, and growth opportunities to senior management
