Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Recruitment Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a key part in sourcing and candidates for the agency. Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and referrals.

• Coordinate and schedule interviews, acting as a liaison between candidates and hiring managers.

• Maintain accurate recruitment tracking reports, including candidate progress throughout different hiring stages.

• Assist with onboarding processes and necessary documentation for successful candidates.

• Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in any field.

• Students, fresh graduates, and individuals with no prior experience are welcome to apply.

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

• Detail-oriented with good organizational and time-management skills.

• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.

Remuneration & Benefits:
