Scalp & Hair Therapist
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional scalp and hair consultations and treatments
- Recommend suitable treatment packages and retail products based on customers’ needs
- Build good customer relationships and follow up on treatment progress
- Achieve individual and outlet sales targets
- Maintain treatment room cleanliness, hygiene and service standards
- Assist with daily store operations and customer appointments
- Experience in scalp care, hair care industry preferred
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Sales-driven and comfortable recommending treatments and products
- Positive attitude and a good team player
- Able to work retail shifts, weekends and Public Holidays
- Training will be provided for suitable candidates
