Role Description This is a part-time, on-site Administrative Assistant role based in Singapore. The Administrative Assistant will manage daily office operations, with a primary focus on handling corporate documentation, filling out standard forms, and maintaining accurate records and filing systems. Responsibilities include scheduling meetings, managing calendars, handling phone calls and inquiries, and greeting visitors. The role also involves providing executive administrative support to leadership, assisting with correspondence, coordinating paperwork with external parties, and ensuring that office supplies and facilities are well maintained. The Administrative Assistant will collaborate with colleagues across the firm to support smooth workflows and professional communication.


Qualifications

  • Strong Administrative Assistance and Clerical Skills to manage documentation, forms, scheduling, and precise office organization.
  • Professional Phone Etiquette and Communication skills to handle calls, emails, and in-person interactions effectively.
  • Experience in Executive Administrative Assistance, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and confidential support.
  • Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office or Google Workspace), basic data entry, and establishing efficient filing systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently in a professional environment.
  • Demonstrated reliability, discretion, and a high level of professionalism in handling sensitive information.
  • Prior experience in a financial or corporate environment is an advantage, but not required
  • Currently pursuing or holding a relevant diploma or degree (Business, Law, Finance, or related fields are an advantage, but all disciplines are welcome)
