Korean-Speaking Payments Support Consultant – Contract

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

Engagement: Contract

Language: Korean & English

RGP is seeking a Korean-speaking Payments Support Consultant to join an engagement supporting the Payments function of a leading global technology organisation.

This role suits someone with experience in payments, financial operations, fintech, banking, customer operations, or merchant support who is comfortable working with stakeholders in an international, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide operational support across payments-related activities and processes
• Support and communicate with Korean-speaking stakeholders, customers or partners
• Investigate and help resolve payment-related queries and operational issues
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure issues are appropriately managed and resolved
• Maintain accurate records and follow established operational and compliance processes
• Identify recurring issues and opportunities to improve processes and service delivery
• Work effectively across regional and global teams

About You

You will ideally bring:

• Professional fluency in Korean and English
• Previous experience in payments, fintech, banking, financial services or operational support
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Good analytical and problem-solving capability
• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
• Experience working within a multinational or technology environment would be advantageous
• Experience supporting the Korean market would be highly regarded

Additional Information

This is a contract opportunity based in Kuala Lumpur. Candidates should already have the appropriate right to work in Malaysia, as employment sponsorship is not anticipated for this engagement.
