WE ARE HIRING – COMMIS CHEF

We are looking for passionate and dedicated Commis Chef to join our team at MOCCA CAFÉ in Tamarind Square, Cyberjaya. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy working in a café environment, preparing quality food and beverages, and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with food preparation & ingredient setup
• Support chefs with cooking, plating & serving
• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and food safety standards are maintained at all times
• Assist with stock arrangement, ingredient preparation and inventory handling

Requirements:

• Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen operation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Good hygiene and food safety practices
• Reliable, disciplined, and team-oriented
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
