Responsibilities
Supervisory Technical Officer
Supervise and monitor daily civil engineering construction works.
Ensure works comply with approved drawings, specifications, and safety requirements.
Inspect workmanship, materials, and construction activities.
Coordinate with contractors and site teams to resolve site issues.
Monitor work progress and report any delays, defects, or non-conformities.
Maintain site inspection records and assist engineers with measurements and inspections.
Perform other site supervision duties as assigned by the RE/SRE.
Requirements
Diploma or relevant qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in civil engineering, infrastructure, road, drainage, structural, or LTA-related projects will be an advantage.
Good understanding of construction methods, drawings, specifications, and site supervision practices.
Able to work independently and coordinate effectively with contractors and project stakeholders.
Good communication, observation, and problem-solving skills.
Willing to work on construction sites and outside normal working hours when required.
