Working Days: Monday – Friday
AM shift: 8am – 5:30pm
PM Shift: 11:15pm – 8 am
Job Description:
Support daily manufacturing operations and resolve basic production issues
Conduct equipment, tooling, and process checks to ensure smooth production flow
Support NPI, product trials, transfers, and engineering projects
Collect production data and assist in process improvement activities
Assist with troubleshooting, corrective actions, and engineering changes
Maintain manufacturing documents, work instructions, and production records
Participate in Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement projects
Work with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and Engineering teams to meet targets
Ensure compliance with quality and safety standards
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Test Technician, Assembly Technician, NPI Technician, or similar manufacturing role.
Hands-on experience in assembly, testing, troubleshooting, and production support within a manufacturing environment.
Familiar with work instructions, process documentation, and basic equipment/tooling handling.
Experience in NPI, engineering builds, or process improvement activities is an added advantage.
