The organization develops advanced industrial controller products used across manufacturing, process industries, and industrial infrastructure, with emphasis on innovation, product reliability, and engineering excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop electronic hardware for industrial controller and automation products.
  • Lead hardware development activities including circuit design, implementation, troubleshooting, validation testing, compliance testing, and technical documentation.
  • Support existing products through quality improvement initiatives, feature enhancements, cost optimization, and customer-specific customization projects.
  • Collaborate with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to define technical requirements and ensure successful project delivery.
  • Work closely with suppliers on technical discussions, testing methodologies, issue identification, and problem resolution.
  • Participate throughout the full product development lifecycle, from concept design through product release.

Key Requirements

  • Degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in electronics hardware design and development.
  • Experience in analog circuit design, including DACs, ADCs, power management circuits, isolated power supplies, and digital I/O circuitry.
  • Hands-on experience in circuit simulation, schematic design, PCB development, hardware debugging, component derating, and product release processes.
  • Proficiency with hardware design tools, including schematic capture, PCB design, timing analysis, and signal integrity analysis.
  • Knowledge of EMC/EMI mitigation and noise reduction techniques.
  • Analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to work independently.
  • Experience in industrial product development, product certification, or embedded systems involving microcontrollers, ASICs, or FPGAs will be advantageous.
