Full Time Legal Counsel (TMT) Jobs, in Taylor Root - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Provide legal and strategic advice on technology, media, telecommunications, digital content, and intellectual property matters.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including technology services, software licensing, content licensing, distribution, advertising, sponsorship, and partnership agreements.
• Advise on intellectual property protection and exploitation, including copyright, trademarks, branding, licensing, and content rights.
• Support digital transformation, product launches, platform partnerships, and business expansion initiatives.
• Provide guidance on data privacy, cybersecurity, consumer protection, and regulatory compliance matters.
• Partner closely with business, commercial, marketing, product, and leadership teams to manage legal and commercial risks.

Requirements:

• Qualified lawyer with 3-6 years' PQE gained in private practice and/or an in-house environment.
• Experience in one or more of the following areas: TMT, commercial contracts, intellectual
