Job Duties

• Plan and execute marketing and promotional activities to drive mall footfall, customer engagement and tenant performance.

• Coordinate with tenants, vendors and external partners for mall events, campaigns and promotional activities.

• Manage mall promotional spaces and short-term leasing activities to support occupancy and revenue.

• Oversee digital marketing and social media initiatives to enhance mall visibility and customer engagement.

• Monitor campaign performance, footfall and other relevant metrics, and provide reports for future planning.

• Support overall mall marketing plans, budgets and initiatives to enhance the shopper experience and tenant engagement.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or a related field.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably within the retail or shopping mall industry.

• Experience in mall marketing, events, promotions or tenant engagement is preferred.

• Good communication, coordination and project management skills.
