We are a music school. We are looking for a friendly, meticulous and responsible Customer Service Executive to join our team.

What we’re looking for:

• Warm and personable, with a genuine interest in interacting with parents and students
• Meticulous, organised and careful with details
• Responsible and able to follow through on tasks accurately
• Good communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable handling enquiries, registrations, payments and general administrative matters
• Able to work weekends as part of the regular work schedule
• Previous experience in the education, enrichment or customer service sector would be an advantage
• No specific educational qualification required — attitude, reliability and attention to detail matter most
