You know that friend who always has the best ideas for group projects, captions, or party themes — the one who just gets what'll land? That's basically this job, except now it's for brands, campaigns, and content that actually connects with people.

You'll sit right at the crossroads of creativity and strategy — coming up with ideas that aren't just cool, but actually make sense for the brand and the audience. Part big-picture thinker, part "let's actually make this happen" person.

What you’ll be doing

• Come up with campaign ideas and concepts that don't feel like every other brand out there.
• Dig into trends, culture, and what the audience actually cares about (not just what's "on brand").
• Work with content, design, and marketing teams to turn ideas into real campaigns.
• Help shape brand voice and messaging across different platforms.
• Pitch ideas to the team (and defend them when someone says "but why though").
• Keep an eye on what's working (and flopping) so future ideas hit harder.

What we’re looking for

• Diploma and Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or Design — helpful, not required.
• Big ideas person who also cares about execution, not just "vibes".
• Naturally plugged into trends, culture, and what's resonating online.
• Can pitch and explain ideas clearly, not just "trust me, it's cool".
• Comfortable with feedback and iterating on ideas (first draft isn't always the winner).
• Curious about why some content works and other content flops.
• Still studying, fresh grad, entry level, mid-career switch ? Totally fine !

Pay: $2,600.00 - $4,400.00 per month
